All registration information The Bidder provides to LeeAuctionOnline.com - LeeAuction.com - Lee Auction Company shall be current, complete, and accurate. The Bidder agrees to not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted on and during the auction sale.
1. This auction is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts. Persons who are under the age of 18 are not eligible to bid or otherwise participate in any of our auctions due to state laws concerning the age of majority.
2. In order to participate and bid in this Auction event, you, The Bidder, must read and accept all of the Terms and Conditions of this auction completely. Once you place a bid, you are electronically signing and consenting that you have read and accepted all of the Terms and Conditions set forth in this agreement completely, and without exception. By placing any bid on any item(s), you are entering into a legally binding and irrevocable contract with LeeAuctionOnline.com - LeeAuction.com - Lee Auction Company to purchase the particular item(s) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Auction. Once a bid is placed, it can not be canceled or retracted for any reason.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and you are fully and solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username, password, or on your account. You agree to immediately notify LeeAuctionOnline.com - LeeAuction.com - Lee Auction Company of any unauthorized use of your username and password or account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you properly log-out and exit from your account at the end of each session. Bids can not be canceled or retracted under any circumstance.
4. A Buyers Fee will be charged and collected from all bidders and all purchases of all items (Check the terms for each auction for the exact amount).
5. All items are being sold in “as-is”, “where-is” condition with all faults and amenities and with no expressed, written or implied warranty. No guarantee is made that any specific item is suitable for any particular use or purpose. The condition and location of each item must be completely satisfactory to The Bidder, whether seen or unseen, before placing a bid. Most items are available for inspection by The Bidder during our normal business hours. While all lots are described as accurately as possible, do not solely rely on any descriptions provided by the Seller, nor LeeAuctionOnline.com - LeeAuction.com - Lee Auction Company encourages all bidders to personally inspect all items themselves BEFORE BIDDING!

As a user, you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless LeeAuctionOnline.com - LeeAuction.com - Lee Auction Company and its officers and employees from any and all claims, demands and damages (whether actual and/or consequential), including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from or associated in any way with your use of LeeAuctionOnline.com - LeeAuction.com - Lee Auction Company , your violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations, or your violation of any right of another.

Payment Terms:
Payment Terms: A Buyers Fee and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases (sales tax will not be charged on vehicles or if you are tax exempt and provide a copy of your state issued Sellers’ Permit/Tax ID certificate.) Successful bidders will receive an email invoice within 12 hours of the auction close. Full payment is required within 24 hours unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment is Cash, Bank-guaranteed checks/drafts, Money order, Personal or Company Check Only with bank letter guarantee, payable to Lee Auction Company at 41091 West Morgan Ave, Pennington Gap, VA 24277. Any returned check will incur a $35 charge. Visa/MasterCard purchases are limited up to $5,000. If more than $5,000, wire transfer should be used. Call Lee Auction Company {276-546-2067} if you are paying with your credit card or sending a wire transfer. Full payment must be made and properly honored before any auction item will be released to the buyer.
The Bidder grants the Lee Auction Company a standing authorization to charge the Bidders credit card after 24 hours of the invoice date for any and all costs, fees, buyers premiums, storage disposal fees as well as for any other costs, charges and/or fees incurred. We charge a $100 processing fee for processing credit card chargebacks that are ultimately reversed in our favor. All titles will be held until funds have been verified. Titles must be assigned to the buyer or some other identity. Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. If you cannot satisfy these terms, please do not bid.

Removal:
Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of The Buyer at the time of sale and The Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from the sale premises. Owner/Seller and LeeAuctionOnline.com - LeeAuction.com - Lee Auction Company agree that merchandise may remain on the premises for a determined period of time following the sale. The date by which all merchandise must be removed from the premises is posted on an auction-by-auction basis, on the specific auction page. After the final removal date, there will be a $5.00 per day, per item storage fee charged to The Buyer for up to ten days. If merchandise is not removed within ten days after the final removal date, the ownership of the merchandise will revert back to Lee Auction Company and Lee Auction Company may dispose of the item at their discretion.
